Grid Way Engineering Services Limited is a Private Limited Liability Company that was registered in Uganda in 2020 under the registrar of Companies (Reg No.80020002553661) to carryout General Engineering Works within Uganda.

We believe that establishing a one-stop engineering solution center and forming a strong partnership with our clients is a pathway to delivering the most efficient, safe and sustainable development in the real estate and construction industry. We are inspired by research and innovation and believe that working with up to date technologies in the industry is a hallmark to efficiency.

Our Health & Safety management system is designed to standardize the process of Health & Safety across the company while making allowance for local culture, client expectations and regulation. Our system focuses on proactive hazard recognition, risk assessment and control to prevent accidents. Lessons learned and best practices are regularly shared globally through our formal Safety Share process and informal networking of staff. Our system empowers staff to conduct their work in such a way to protect themselves and others. It gives them the tools to implement healthy and safe work practices at all times and encourages them to use these tools off-the-job to maintain a healthy and safe personal lifestyle.
